Scott Matthew Kebbell

Scott is a prospective International Relations university student gaining work experience in International Relations and Policy Analysis at Epicenter. Having undergone placements at other Think Tanks, Scott has a keen interest in public policy and economics, specifically in how they influence foreign policy and foreign relations. Scott has also spent part of his gap year broadening his horizons through travel and volunteering in economically deprived communities in South Asia. Previously, Scott served in his home city of Southend for two consecutive terms as their elected Youth Mayor, as well as representing that city as their Member of Youth Parliament in the UK Youth Parliament for two terms.

Hujaifa is a second-year Economics student at the University of Warwick, with a strong focus on econometrics, finance, and macroeconomics. Passionate about solving real-world challenges, he has demonstrated this through participation in diverse projects and events, including policy analysis, debates, and discussions hosted by Warwick student societies and external organisations. With experience preparing investment strategies, engaging with think tanks, and analysing complex economic problems, he is committed to developing innovative, evidence-based solutions to address global economic challenges. Hujaifa aspires to build a career at the intersection of finance, economics, and public policy.
Zane Bailan

Zane Balian is a junior at The George Washington University, pursuing dual degrees in International Affairs and Economics, with a minor in Chinese Language and Literature. Through the prestigious Global Bachelor’s Program, Zane has studied at top institutions across Europe and Asia. Zane has cultivated a robust portfolio of professional experiences, including roles at The Hoffman Agency in Singapore, where he supported Fortune 500 companies with market analysis and strategy. Additionally, his civic leadership with the City of Phoenix Youth and Education Commission reflects his active engagement in meaningful policy initiatives.
