APA BrainLab: A Creative Hub for MEP Assistants
Often, coming to Brussels to work for an MEP becomes an administrative dream crusher. Most policy discussions happen at the MEP levels and often APAs, full of ideas, have no space to brainstorm, collaborate and create.
To create a space for discussion, EPICENTER brings you the APA BrainLab, a new initiative designed exclusively for the Assistants of Members of the European Parliament. We will organise bespoke programmes for all political families in the European Parliament who are open to free-market ideas.
What makes APA BrainLab unique?
Unlike conventional trainings, the APA BrainLab follows an unconference. There is no detailed, pre-set agenda, just a theme for the meeting. Instead, APAs are free to decide what the main discusson points should be. This format creates an open space for brainstorming, exchanging experiences, and co-creating solutions to challenges that often reach the level of MEPs.
Why participate?
Where & When
The next edition takes place in the European Parliament on November 19th for APAs of the European Conservatives and Reformists in collaboration with New Direction.
The APA BrainLabs for the other political families is in the making and the dates will be announced in the upcoming weeks. If you would like to be among the first to hear about them, you can register your interest here.
Join us and go beyond the administrative day-to-day. Connect and brainstorm with colleagues across offices and have the freedom to contribute to shaping ideas usually reserved for MEPs.
